Boys Athletics Equipment Pick-Up

This upcoming week we will have times for each grade level to come to the locker rooms in order to turn in equipment issued and to clean out lockers of personal items. 

1.) All athletes are expected to turn in their sets of workout clothes (top & bottom), sweats (top & bottom), and sport specific equipment. Our goal is to get 100% turned in of all issued clothes and uniforms.  We will be compiling a fine list for anything not returned.

2.) There will be coaches to assist in turning in equipment.  All athletes, parents, etc. are required to stay in their vehicles.  Coaches will direct the traffic of cars and who is allowed into the locker rooms and when.  We will maintain social distancing and cleanliness during this process.  This cannot be a time of gathering with friends you may not have seen in a while.  Once items are turned in and your locker is cleaned you will need to immediately leave the area.

3.) The purpose of this is to turn in equipment and clean out lockers of personal items.

4.) We are currently not cleared by the UIL to hold Summer Workouts, but remember that once we are cleared we expect to see everyone at workouts when you are in town.  We will be communicating those times and dates once we are allowed to do so.

5.) For incoming 9^th-12^th grade boys planning to play football next year, the first day of practice is Monday, August 3^rd, and all those playing are expected to begin practice on that day so please plan vacations etc. accordingly.

Times for Seniors & Juniors will be Tuesday May 5^th from 4:30 till 6:00. Drop-off stations will be in the parking lot outside of the weight room.  Vehicles will enter from the high school entrance and exit through the middle school entrance. No one comes through the front of the weight room.  We will control who gets out of a vehicle, who moves up the line to turn in equipment, access of the locker room to maintain social distancing etc...

Wednesday, May 6^th - Sophomores, 4:30 till 6:00, same as above

Thursday, May 7^th - Freshmen, 4:30 till 6:00, same as above

Friday, May 8^th - will be Middle School Athletes 4:30 till 6:00 same as above

The purpose of this is to turn in any checked out equipment and clean out lockers of personal items.
