What an amazing day! 140 Florence FFA Members collected 2,230 cans today and won the FFA division for the State Fair of Texas Ag Awareness Day community service project. What’s even better… these students won a prize donation of $250 that will be awarded to our Florence Community Food Pantry. These FFA members truly embody what the last line of the FFA motto says…”Living To Serve”

We are so proud of all the students and on a side note…this is the 6th year in a row our members have won this award for our community!
