Florence ISD Board of Trustees President Ed Navarette, Board Member Anthony DeAugustineo, and Superintendent Rick Kirkpatrick met with House District 20, Representative Terry Wilson and his staff to advocate for Florence ISD. In addition, a meeting was held with the staff of House District 54, Representative Brad Buckley. As all of the new legislation regarding public schools comes to the 89^th Regular and Special Legislative sessions, it is crucial that Florence ISD stay in the conversation and at the forefront of mind with our Texas State Representatives.
