The October Teacher of the Month is FMS math teacher Chris Beliveau. According to Mrs. Beckerley, “Mr. B, as students refer to him, is fantastic at making math understandable. Mr. B enjoys teaching math and his dedication and energy for the subject shows when visiting his classes. Even the most resistant students enjoy Mr. B's class. One of our female students who struggles with math and is resistant to learning told me he is her favorite teacher this year because he knows how to explain math and help her to learn. With that, I happily nominate Chris Beliveau for this award.”  

Mr. Beliveau will receive a $250 gift from the Florence ISD Education Foundation to be used for classroom supplies.
